As a wholesale company in the Zurich Lake region, we are looking for a personality to join us immediately or by agreement as

Replenishment and Product Data Manager 100%

You will be responsible for monitoring the procurement of goods as well as for the accurate management of current product data (item data) within the company's systems. This dual role ensures efficient purchasing processes while providing high-quality product information to support cross-functional departments such as logistics, sales, and finance.

Your main tasks are:

• Analyzing inventory levels, demand patterns, and sales trends to create replenishment plans for various product categories

• Ensuring timely procurement of goods and services to support operational needs

• Collaborating with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate inventory replenishment

• Managing supplier relationships and monitoring supplier performance

• Optimizing inventory turnover through demand forecasting and adjusting replenishment strategies

• Adhering to forecasting and allocation rules to ensure availability and planning. Responsible for the S&OP process

• Ensuring accurate purchasing documentation and compliance with policies and regulations

• Creating, updating, and maintaining item/product master data in ERP or product information systems

• Ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all platforms according to company policies

• Supporting the introduction of new products by coordinating and inputting all necessary data

• Collaborating with teams such as item management, purchasing, marketing, and supply chain to collect and validate product data

• Creating product data reports to support business decisions

• Assisting in the redesign and streamlining of processes within the organization with a focus on procurement and inventory operations

You bring:

• Solid knowledge of procurement processes and data management principles

• Experience with ERP systems and product data platforms / SAP

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate across departments

• Experience in team leadership

• Good English skills
