As a specialist in our intensive residential support (IWG), you will accompany people with cognitive limitations who require individually tailored, intensive support. Together with a dedicated team, you will create a stable, appreciative environment and shape daily life in a way that enables self-determination and participation – even in the face of challenging behavior.

Tasks

• Support and care for residents in the intensively supported living group, as well as assistance and guidance in all practical life areas

• Organizational and administrative tasks

• Weekly and daily planning

Profile

• Training in social or health care (nurse FH/HF, FaBe, FaGe or similar)

• Ideally, professional experience in supporting individuals with challenging behavior

• Proactive and committed

• Independence, teamwork, and communication skills
