The following tasks are included:

• First point of contact for customers

• Processing customer orders

• Maintaining sustainable customer relationships

• Collecting regular customer feedback

• Supporting Global Sales and Key Account Managers

• Acquisition of new customers

• Maintaining master data

• Accounting

• Data collection and analysis

• Interface/collaboration with shipping/export

Your Profile

We are looking for a committed, proactive person with an open personality who is analytical, creative, and curious. A positive, dynamic mindset, willingness to change, readiness for innovation, courage, self-confidence, and entrepreneurial thinking are important to us. Reliability, solution-oriented work, and an uncomplicated hands-on mentality complete your profile.

Your profile would be ideal if you:

• have completed a vocational training (preferably in a technical environment)

• have experience in technical internal sales and managing major customers

• are confident in dealing with intercultural customer relationships

• bring negotiation experience and act confidently in contract conclusions

• have successfully optimized processes

• actively drive changes, think along, and are open to new ideas

• show a high level of result and solution orientation
