To complement our team in the Finance and Accounting department, we are looking for you as
Accounting & Sales Clerk (m/f/d) 80 - 100%
In this role, you will work autonomously at the interface of sales and finance. Your main tasks
Entering data into the customer information system (SAP SD module)
Financial processing of complaints as well as correction of sales orders and creation of credit notes
Control of material master data and price lists
Debt collection and accounts receivable management
Maintaining the general ledger including account reconciliation and maintaining sub-ledgers (accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash, and asset accounting)
Cash management / payment transactions and monitoring of import customs clearance
Assisting in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Ideally, you bring the following
Completed commercial training
Professional experience from a similar position
Good user knowledge in SAP FI/CO as well as SAP SD module
English language skills
