Raiffeisen Immo AG, a 100% subsidiary of Raiffeisen Switzerland, focuses on sustainable growth. To lead our real estate agent team, we are looking for an initiative, experienced, and locally networked real estate agent with leadership responsibilities for our location in Basel. We work closely with local Raiffeisen banks. Whether a Raiffeisen customer or not, our clients always receive comprehensive and professional advice.

Your main tasks

• Acquisition and processing of mandates and modules, with a focus on acquisition

• Responsibility for creating market-appropriate sales price estimates

• Representation of Raiffeisen Immo AG in the market area

• Personnel and professional leadership/development of real estate agents in the assigned market area

• Responsibility and ensuring collaboration with the assigned Raiffeisen banks

• Ensuring that processes and quality standards are adhered to

Your profile

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a real estate agent with corresponding proof of success, further training such as real estate appraiser with federal diploma or MAS in Real Estate Management

• Leadership experience with 3 to 5 employees is an advantage

• High goal orientation and initiative, social competence, and customer orientation as well as a structured way of working are prerequisites

• Fluent German skills (spoken and written) are a must. Additional languages F/I/E are an advantage.

• Proficient in MS Office applications & a high IT affinity

• Driving license category B with own vehicle
