HR Generalist 100%
Your tasks:
Comprehensive support of the entire employee life cycle of the 3 Swiss group companies, from onboarding to offboarding
Active participation in daily operations, especially in payroll and personnel administration and time management
Involvement in the entire recruitment process including conducting interviews and managing applicants
Advising and supporting our managers and employees on all personnel-related topics
Your background:
You have a commercial basic education with further training in the HR field
You have already gained experience in a similar position, appreciate independent, structured work, and like to take on responsibility
You communicate empathetically and clearly in very good German; English skills are an advantage
You are open, communicative, reliable, and enjoy working with people
