Property Manager 50-100%

We manage, maintain, and develop our 1300 rental apartments in the greater Zurich area ourselves. This guarantees residential quality from a single source.

Your main tasks

• Independent and responsible management of a real estate portfolio of residential and commercial properties

• Correspondence and contact with tenants, suppliers, authorities, craftsmen, etc.

• Handling of re-rentals including all necessary clarifications

• Conducting viewings, inspections, and handovers of rental properties

• Issuing orders to qualified craftsmen, contractors, and suppliers

• Professional leadership of an assistant as well as the caretakers

Your profile

You have a commercial education or training and already have experience in property management, preferably you have successfully completed the Federal Diploma in Property Management. If you also bring Abacus knowledge, that is definitely a plus. You work independently, think networked, and like to take responsibility. You are a personality with drive and power, who not only accepts challenges but masters them with passion. You are a well-organized service provider, and your work style is precise, conscientious, and efficient. You can be relied upon, you value good teamwork, and a touch of humor should not be missing.
