Would you like to complete an apprenticeship at a bank and engage in more meaningful, impact-oriented banking?
During your training, you will work at our headquarters in Olten and for a few weeks at our branch in Zurich. You will attend classes at the vocational school in Olten. You will supplement your general knowledge with inter-company courses in banking. Motivated trainers will accompany and support you throughout your apprenticeship.
What to expect
During your apprenticeship, you will not only receive comprehensive training in banking but also gain insights into departments such as marketing.
Your tasks are diverse: they range from advising customers on banking transactions and in the investment and credit areas to banking operations and administration.
You will be guided step by step by our practical trainers in your new tasks.
Through the sustainable orientation of ABS, we offer you a special training with purpose. You will learn how banking works at a bank where sustainability is at the center.
We give you the opportunity to take on responsibility and develop yourself.
You don't have to wear a suit with us.
Six weeks of vacation and a contribution to the public transport subscription.
What we expect
Completed secondary or district school with good to very good grades.
Enjoyment in dealing with people.
Motivation, initiative, and willingness to engage.
Reliability and sense of responsibility.
Interest in the financial industry.
Interest in sustainability and the ethical objectives of the Alternative Bank Switzerland (ABS).
