The following tasks are included:

• Processing, analyzing, and repairing customer complaints including documentation of complaint handling

• Independently carrying out and processing service and repair orders in-house and at customers (CH/USA; approx. 3 - 4 times/year for 2 weeks) as a technical supervisor

• Participation in projects such as the introduction of new products, setting up new assembly workplaces, etc.

• Technical support for the quality department and engineering regarding findings and classification of complained valves

Your Profile

We are looking for a committed, self-initiating person with an open personality who is analytical, creative, and curious. A positive, dynamic mindset, willingness to change, readiness for innovation, courage, self-confidence, and entrepreneurial thinking are important to us. Reliability, solution-oriented work, and an uncomplicated hands-on mentality complete your profile.

You bring the following qualifications/experiences:

• You have a technical basic education and several years of assembly experience in an industrial company

• German is your native language and your English skills are good (B2)

• You have good IT skills (MS Office)

• Knowledge of lean management and various methodological competencies is an advantage

• Attributes such as good planning and organizational skills as well as reliability and independence characterize you

• You enjoy working in a structured manner and in a team and also think goal- and solution-oriented
