The following tasks are included:
Processing, analyzing, and repairing customer complaints including documentation of complaint handling
Independently carrying out and processing service and repair orders in-house and at customers (CH/USA; approx. 3 - 4 times/year for 2 weeks) as a technical supervisor
Participation in projects such as the introduction of new products, setting up new assembly workplaces, etc.
Technical support for the quality department and engineering regarding findings and classification of complained valves
Your Profile
We are looking for a committed, self-initiating person with an open personality who is analytical, creative, and curious. A positive, dynamic mindset, willingness to change, readiness for innovation, courage, self-confidence, and entrepreneurial thinking are important to us. Reliability, solution-oriented work, and an uncomplicated hands-on mentality complete your profile.
You bring the following qualifications/experiences:
You have a technical basic education and several years of assembly experience in an industrial company
German is your native language and your English skills are good (B2)
You have good IT skills (MS Office)
Knowledge of lean management and various methodological competencies is an advantage
Attributes such as good planning and organizational skills as well as reliability and independence characterize you
You enjoy working in a structured manner and in a team and also think goal- and solution-oriented
