What you can achieve with us
You will be a host on our trains
Ensuring comprehensive presence and high-quality guest service before, during, and after the journey
Checking tickets and conducting random checks in regional transport
Providing customer information in regular and disruption cases
Preparing the trains together with the locomotive driver
Checking various technical and customer-relevant facilities
This is the luggage you bring
Completed vocational training with further education as a train conductor (ZSTEBV)
A few years of experience as a train conductor is an advantage
High service and intercultural competencies
Articulate, courteous, and communicative host
Very good German skills (native or C2), good English skills (B1), and preferably other good foreign language skills (A2)
Good PC and MS Office skills
Responsibility, independence, and good team and conflict skills
