Your tasks:
In this varied and exciting position, you will work with various stakeholders. It is essential to understand their needs and work together on future-oriented solutions. Here is an overview of the main tasks:
Organizational Development: Promoting the holistic, continuous development of the company as well as weighing the use of agile and classical organizational approaches.
Coaching: Accompanying and coaching leaders and team members on the path to an agile working method, supporting the implementation of agile methods, and advising on structures, roles, and decision-making processes.
Team Development: Moderating and accompanying teams in the introduction of agile working methods, building psychological safety, and establishing a culture of learning and feedback.
Building and Supporting Digital Product Development: Supporting the development of digital products from the concept phase to market readiness through the use of agile methods.
Training and Workshops: Developing and conducting training and workshops to promote an agile mindset throughout the company.
Communication and Documentation: Preparing and communicating content from organizational development in a target group-oriented manner.
Removing Obstacles: Identifying impediments and supporting their removal, as well as promoting self-reflection among employees so that they learn to overcome obstacles independently.
Network Maintenance: Building and maintaining a strong network within and outside the company as well as exchanging best practices.
Your Profile:
Completed studies in (business) informatics, (applied) psychology, pedagogy, sociology, or comparable fields
Further training in organizational development or coaching
Solid knowledge in coaching methodology as well as methodological competence in moderation, facilitation, retrospectives, and team coaching
Familiarity with various agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.) and their pragmatic application
Several years of experience in team development, personnel development, and/or organizational development
Ability to develop sustainable solutions between methodological steadfastness and situational pragmatism
Competence in lateral leadership and coaching without disciplinary power
Persuasiveness to win over even skeptical employees for agile approaches
Independent, entrepreneurial thinking with an eye for opportunities, risks, and sustainable value creation
High communication skills, empathy, reflective ability, self-organization, and resilience
Enjoyment in accompanying and empowering employees in their self-organized goal achievement
Quick comprehension and willingness to learn
