The Stadtgarten is the center for care and support of the citizens' community of Frauenfeld and is located close to the city, centrally situated and embedded in a small, inviting park that has grown over decades. In 1- and 2-room apartments, we offer a home with high individuality for up to 130 elderly residents with varying care needs.

We are looking for

Health Professional EFZ 80 to 90%

Your area of responsibility

• Care and support of our residents

• Participation in daily responsibilities, taking over evening shift responsibilities within the living group

• Co-responsibility for daily activities and activation

• Co-responsibility for the implementation of the care process for assigned residents

• Active participation in theme carrier groups possible

• Active participation in the implementation of nursing guidelines

What distinguishes you

• Professional competence and enthusiasm in individual care and support of residents in the 4th stage of life

• Talent in accompanying people with dementia

• In-depth knowledge in palliative care and kinaesthetics

• Team-oriented personality with high resilience and empathy

• Good German language skills, communication in dialect is an advantage
