In the social care groups, women and men, mostly of advanced age, live with comprehensive care and support needs. The caregivers shape the daily life of the residents. They offer an individualized, creative, and activating program and enable a pleasant community. The special needs of advanced age are met by a dedicated team of professionals, trainees, and interns, up to palliative care at the end of life.
We are looking for someone to start immediately or by agreement for the position of
Qualified Caregiver EFZ or Qualified Health Professional EFZ
Workload: 80%
Your areas of responsibility
Support and care for residents in daily life
Assistance and provision of basic care
Support for individuals in the late, special phase of life
Promotion and maintenance of the quality of life of residents as they age
Co-design of group work and team development
Our requirements
Qualification as a Caregiver EFZ or Health Professional EFZ
Enjoyment in meeting impressive people
Enthusiasm for solutions and new experiences every day
Good computer skills
Willingness for flexible working hours, weekend shifts, and holiday care
Interest in anthroposophical social therapy and care
