HR Generalist 80-100%
From August 1, 2025, or by arrangement in Maienfeld

What you will do with us:
In this exciting position, you will take on the following tasks with great enthusiasm:

• Responsibility for payroll including pre- and post-processing

• Independent handling of the entire onboarding and offboarding process

• Close collaboration in the recruitment process

• Point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related issues

• Participation in exciting HR projects

What you bring:

• Completed commercial training, ideally with further training as an HR specialist

• Professional experience as an HR generalist or in a comparable role

• Structured, precise, and service-oriented working style

• Good IT skills

• Enjoyment of working with people
