Senior Client Representative / Project Manager 100% (m/f)

Your tasks

• Comprehensive project management across all SIA phases

• Representation of the interests of private and institutional clients

• Coordination and leadership of all project participants: architects, specialist planners, construction management, and site management

• Close coordination with authorities and public bodies

• Advising clients on strategic and operational matters

• Responsibility for schedule, cost, and quality management

• Ensuring a professional and customer-oriented project execution

Your profile

• Training as an architect or civil engineer (FH/ETH) or equivalent further education

• Several years of professional experience in planning, site management, or construction management

• Solid project management knowledge across all service phases

• Ideally, further education in construction or real estate management

• Experience in client representation, ideally over several years

• High customer orientation, assertiveness, and organizational talent

• Confident appearance, very good communication skills

• Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
