The Bergbahnen Adelboden-Lenk AG (BAL AG) is the joint operating company of the Bergbahnen Adelboden AG and the Lenk Bergbahnen Cooperative, offering unique mountain adventures year-round with 37 transport facilities for around 1 million guests across 159 kilometers of slopes, as well as countless hiking trails and biking routes. In winter, around 300 employees at BAL AG take care of our guests' well-being, while about 150 people work behind the scenes of the cable cars in summer. As part of the ski and bike region Adelboden-Lenk, we belong to the largest ski areas in Switzerland.

DEPUTY HEAD OF SALES & SUPPORT (m/f/d) 80-100%
YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
Advising and caring for our diverse guests – directly, digitally, warmly
Sales of tickets at the counter
Processing inquiries in the support team of the Adelboden-Lenk ski region (email, phone, webshop, etc.) and supporting the support team with questions even before they are asked
Representing the sales manager when she is on the summit herself
General administrative tasks
WHAT YOU BRING
Completed commercial training – career changers welcome
Willingness to help, team spirit, and great joy in direct customer contact
Very good and clear communication skills in German, oral and written French and English skills are an advantage
Precise working method and organizational skills
Winning demeanor and sales talent
Flexibility and coordination skills
