Health Professional EFZ (a) in Day Service Workload 80-100%

What you will achieve:

• You contribute to ensuring that our residents enjoy professional and individual care and support every day

• You act as a role model for high care quality and support your colleagues in professional matters

• You conduct RAI assessments within our primary care system and promote the autonomy of our residents

• You recognize and manage emergency situations

• You take on shift responsibility in the living area

How you can convince us:

• Completed training as a Health Professional EFZ or an equivalent training recognized by SRK

• Professional experience in long-term care

• Strong social and communication skills

• Respectful and professional interaction with elderly people

• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written

• Confident handling of medical-technical devices
