Starting August 1, 2025, or by arrangement in Maienfeld

Your responsibilities with us:​
In this exciting position, you will take on the following tasks with great enthusiasm:  

• Professional, organizational, and personnel leadership of the HR Services department (6 employees) 
• Responsibility for the recruitment process as well as on- and off-boarding 
• Point of contact for labor law, individual-specific, and social insurance questions 
• Ensuring efficient HR processes and digitalization of HR services 
• Close collaboration with the Campus department in personnel development 
• Strategic HR partner for the management team  
• Maintaining contact with external specialists, authorities, educational and professional associations 

Your qualifications: 

• Proven expert in HR with several years of leadership experience
• Higher business education and/or HR-specific training
• Strong interest in digitalization topics 
• Knowledge of the GAV national collective agreement is an advantage  
• Strong communication skills and strategic thinking ability
