The Department of Aging and Care of the City of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services primarily for older people in its five senior centers and with Spitex. For our new overarching personnel pool with assignments in all five senior centers of the City of Winterthur, we are looking for the following positions starting September 1, 2025, or by arrangement:
Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH or Health Specialist EFZ
You determine when and how you want to work. Ideal for balancing work and family life, leisure, or studies. Employment is on a monthly salary basis with a 50% workload.
Your Responsibilities
Resource-oriented care and support for residents
Promotion and support of residents in daily activities
Performing medical-technical tasks according to training level and competencies
Deployment in morning, evening, and night shifts in all five senior centers
Your Profile
Completed training as a Dipl. Nursing Specialist (HF/FH) or Health Specialist (EFZ)
At least 2 years of professional experience required
Independent, resilient, flexible, and responsible personality
Enjoyment of assignments in various living groups
Very good oral and written German skills
