Care Workers for Personnel Pool (Hourly Wage, On Call)

The Department of Aging and Care of the City of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services primarily for older people in its five senior centers and through Spitex. For our new overarching personnel pool with assignments in all five senior centers of the City of Winterthur, we are looking for the following positions starting August 1, 2025, or by arrangement:
Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF/FH or Health Specialist EFZ or Nursing Assistant AGS/SRK
You determine when and how you want to work. Ideal for balancing work and family life, leisure, or study. Employment is on-call and hourly basis with assignments up to a maximum of 40%.
Your Tasks
Resource-oriented care and support of residents
Promotion and support of residents in daily activities
Performing medical-technical tasks according to training level and competencies
Work in morning, evening, and night shifts in all five senior centers
Your Profile
Completed training as Dipl. Nursing Specialist (HF/FH) or Health Specialist (EFZ) or Nursing Assistant (AGS, SRK)
At least 2 years of professional experience, nursing assistants at least 4 years of experience
Independent, resilient, flexible, and responsible personality
Enjoyment of assignments in different living groups
Very good oral and written German skills
