We are looking for an agreement for a

ICT System Administrator (80-100% workload)

Your area of responsibility

Management of user accounts and security groups in Active Directory and Azure AD

Support and further development of our hybrid IT infrastructure (clients, servers, network, WLAN, telephony)

Management of clients (PCs, laptops, tablets, mobile phones) using Active Directory, GPOs, and Intune

Support for employees and clients – with patience, empathy, and expertise

Configuration and maintenance of our Fortigate firewall including WLAN MAC filtering

Administration of our Mitel telephone system in collaboration with the supplier

Participation in projects for IT security and the digital development of the company

System-specific collaboration with suppliers/partners

Your skills

Completed training in the IT field (e.g., IT specialist EFZ) or comparable qualification

Very good knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, Windows client/server environments

Experience in user support

Knowledge of Abacus, Mitel/MiVoice, Fortigate, and WLAN technologies is an advantage

Very good German spoken and written
