Working in the Youth Village
The Youth Village in Knutwil, in the canton of Lucerne, is a social pedagogical institution that implements civil and criminal law measures for highly behavioral-disturbed male adolescents and young adults. With the outreach social pedagogical family support for families with school-age children in the canton of Lucerne, families receive new support at home.
YOUR TASKS AND PROFILE
Tasks
- Support, accompany, and strengthen 6 to 8 parents or guardians in family life according to SIT (Systemic Interaction Counseling)
- Case management
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with the support system
- Irregular work assignments as agreed with the parents
What you bring
- Diploma in Social Pedagogy or equivalent qualification
- Basic course SIT
- Several years of experience in outreach family work
- Resilient and established personality
- Networked thinking
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Driver's license category B
