Your Tasks
Technical and personnel leadership of the production team
Ensuring a smooth production process while adhering to deadlines, quality standards, and occupational safety
Planning and optimizing production processes and workflows to increase efficiency
Coordination with production planning, purchasing, and project and assembly teams
Control of production costs and co-responsibility for the budget
Introduction of new manufacturing technologies and support in investment decisions
Training and further development of employees in production
Contact person for technical inquiries and problem-solving in ongoing operations
Your Talents & Experiences
Completed training as a carpenter, ideally with further education as a master craftsman, production manager, or technician HF
Several years of experience in production, ideally in kitchen or interior construction
Leadership experience and skill in dealing with people
Strong organizational talent and entrepreneurial thinking
High level of personal responsibility, assertiveness, and quality awareness
