Objective of the position: Ensuring the planning, production, and delivery of all customer projects while considering deadlines, quality, and profitability.
The area of responsibility includes the following tasks:
Leading a team of around 20 employees
Managing production
Managing the procurement process
Managing assembly processes domestically and internationally
Coordinating with development and sales
Process optimization and continuous development in the field
Training and onboarding new employees
The ideal qualifications are:
Technical, craft-based basic training
Completed further education (HFP, HF, FH)
At least 5 years of leadership experience
Solid experience in supply chain management
Experience in small series production and lean management
Experience in highly regulated environments such as MedTech, automotive, or aerospace
Knowledge of various industrial manufacturing technologies
Basic business administration knowledge
Several years of professional experience in Switzerland
Very good MS Office skills and ERP applications
Fluent in German - English at least B2
