For the City Planning Department, we are looking for a motivated individual to start immediately or by agreement for the
City Planning Administrative Position with Project Responsibility 80%

Your Responsibilities
- Professional involvement in ongoing city planning projects (design plans, special use planning, open space and traffic projects)
- Independent handling of administrative and planning tasks in the field of spatial and urban planning
- Preparation of participation documents, statements, authority resolutions, and expert reports
- Support in planning, coordinating, and communicating project contents
- Advising external contacts such as owners, planners, or investors within ongoing procedures
- Participation in working groups and commissions
- Depending on experience and interest: taking over sub-projects or independent projects
Your Competencies
- Completed training or studies in spatial planning, architecture, or a related field
- Initial experience in public administration or in dealing with spatial planning issues is an advantage
- Interest in urban development, traffic planning, and design topics
- Precise, structured, and independent working style
- Ability to present complex content in an understandable manner
- Fluent German language skills in spoken and written form
- Team-oriented and reliable personality with initiative
