HR Time Management Responsible 50% (PEP)

Are you well-versed in time management systems and want to apply your expertise where it truly matters? Welcome to the University Children's Hospital Basel (UKBB)! Together with 2 colleagues, you will be part of the 14-member HR team and manage our time management system PEP.
Start date: immediately or by agreement
Your tasks
- You are the first point of contact for all questions regarding PEP
- You support and train our PEP planners and take over 2nd-level support
- You conduct controls and support line managers with planning questions
Your profile
- Completed commercial training and experience in time management and payroll
- Confident handling of Polypoint PEP or comparable time management systems
- Analytical thinking, affinity for numbers, and enjoyment of complex issues
- Team player with IT affinity, assertiveness, and communication skills

Our benefits
- Holidays and time off
Rest is important. Wherever you want to recharge: up to 50 years = 30 days, from 50 years = 33 days, from 60 years = 37 days
- Inconveniences / Allowances
Our patients need you even outside regular office hours? Then you have a right to fair compensation. For a night shift, for example, you receive an allowance of at least 10 francs per hour, on weekends and holidays even up to 16.50 francs.
- Changing time
As banal as it sounds: work clothing is not leisure clothing. Only fair, therefore, that this is recognized in everyday work. With us, changing time is working time. You are entitled to 10 minutes for changing per shift.
- Child allowances
The UKBB is family-friendly. In addition to the statutory family allowances, we pay additional maintenance allowances for children and adolescents. For example, you are entitled to 400 francs per month for your first child, calculated on a 100% workload, and for two children a total of 500 francs.
- Discounted travel to work
If you come to work by public transport, you benefit from a discount of CHF 282.00 per year on your U-pass (via job ticket), on your GA, or on any other public transport pass from Germany and France.
- Well secured
During your employment, you will always receive your full salary, even if you are absent. In addition, we guarantee you a salary continuation of 730 days in case of illness. If you ever need inpatient treatment due to an accident, you are also half-private insured.
- Meals
In the restaurants at UKBB and University Hospital Basel, you enjoy a staff discount. Employees receive a classic lunch menu for CHF 9.70.
- Maternity leave
We extend your maternity leave from 14 to 16 weeks at full salary.
- Being available pays off
As a thank you, you earn CHF 75.00 per shift if you are called in for a service at short notice within five calendar days before a planned day off or rest day. Additionally, a time surcharge of 25% is granted.
