Department Head: Professional Guardianship (80 - 90 %)
The Professional Guardianship is responsible for managing official measures in adult protection law as well as for personal assistance under social assistance law (excluding economic social assistance). Would you like to take on the responsibility for one of our departments in the Professional Guardianship in a professional and vibrant environment starting September 1, 2025, or by agreement? Welcome as a Department Head in our team!
Your Tasks
- Leading the department with approximately seven professional guardians and administrative staff, as well as two social workers in training
- Providing professional coaching to the guardians
- Ensuring compliance with legal and qualitative requirements for mandate management
- Contributing as a member of the management team to the further development of the organization, the specialist area, and quality assurance
- Conducting mandates to a limited extent as a professional guardian
Your Profile
- Completed studies in Social Work FH, Law, or comparable, ideally supplemented with CAS in Child and Adult Protection Law
- Several years of leadership experience, negotiation skills, and strong moderation and conflict resolution competencies
- Solid professional practice in social work, preferably in mandate management
