Head of MSRL Electrical Engineering
Member of the extended management team

As a reliable and well-organized personality, you will unleash your strengths within the core tasks:
- Leading and inspiring people: Lead a well-coordinated team of five both professionally and personally. Benefit from the experience and a motivated working environment on equal footing.
- Coordinating collaboration: Together with your team, ensure the timely provision of customer orders and the maintenance of existing systems.
- Winning and managing projects: You will handle tenders, acquire customers and projects, and lead or supervise the execution.
- Supporting and strengthening: You provide support to the sales team for projects in the MSRL area.
- Developing and designing: You actively develop business processes, products, and services and shape the pricing.
- Training and support: You support both internally and externally customers and employees with technical issues regarding their systems or tasks.
What is needed
- The flair and joy of promoting and challenging a well-coordinated team
- Completed technical vocational training, ideally with further education at the FH/HF/TS level in electrical engineering/building automation
- Consulting skills and negotiation talent
- Experience in personnel management and a pronounced joy in collaborating with customers and colleagues
- German as a native language, French skills are an advantage
