Your tasks

• Holistic care and support of our residents

• Professional support of the staff in the living area in care and hygiene matters

• Implementation of medical prescriptions and adherence to quality standards

• Co-designing a livable everyday life for our residents

What you bring

• Completed training as Health Specialist EFZ

• Professional experience (preferable) and joy in working with elderly people

• Empathy, respect, and strong communication skills

• Good German language skills (dialect understanding)

• Willingness to work on weekends
