Holistic care and support of our residents
Professional support of the staff in the living area in care and hygiene matters
Implementation of medical prescriptions and adherence to quality standards
Co-designing a livable everyday life for our residents
What you bring
Completed training as Health Specialist EFZ
Professional experience (preferable) and joy in working with elderly people
Empathy, respect, and strong communication skills
Good German language skills (dialect understanding)
Willingness to work on weekends
