Head of the Refugee Counseling Center (90 – 100 %) starting November 1, 2025, or by agreement.
Your tasks – Leadership, counseling, and integration in focus
- Professional, organizational, personnel, and strategic leadership of the Refugee Counseling Center
- Fulfillment of legal and contractual obligations in the areas of refugee counseling, asylum, and the cantonal integration program (KIP)
- Further development of the office, creation of conceptual foundations, and ensuring optimal collaboration with partners and the contracting municipalities
Your profile – Strategic thinker, socially engaged
- Completed tertiary education in social sciences, social work, or a related field
- Several years of professional and proven leadership experience
- Knowledge and experience in administrative law and/or in the areas of integration, refugees, and asylum are advantageous
- Enthusiasm, resilience, good self-management, and strong communication skills
- Ability to connect social issues with business management approaches
