The Arkadis Foundation is a service center for adults with disabilities, primarily with cognitive impairments and/or cerebral movement disorders, who live privately or in our institution. Furthermore, we are a specialist center for children and adolescents with disabilities, developmental impairments or risks, as well as those with special health or social support needs, including their social environment.

The Sonnenblick area offers supported living groups, a residential school for independent living, and outpatient residential support. Additionally, we operate day centers, two catering businesses, and an educational and leisure club.

Responsibilities

• Accompanying and supporting residents in practical life activities, leisure, and psychosocial matters
• Key worker tasks
• Carrying out household tasks involving the residents
• Performing administrative tasks and participating in team meetings

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a care specialist EFZ / practical instruction is an advantage
• Experience in working with people with disabilities and mental impairments
• Experience in client documentation
• Independent, flexible, and humorous personality
