To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated, responsible individual as a Project Manager. You bring at least five years of experience in project management in the ERP environment, understand customer needs as well as system landscapes. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the conception, planning, and implementation of customer projects. You think proactively and communicate clearly. Designing solutions brings you joy, and you lead projects efficiently and collaboratively to success.
YOUR MAIN TASKS
Leading and managing customer projects – from the idea to successful go-live
Creating technical concepts and offers
Integrating our software into the existing IT environment of our customers
Actively supporting and involving all project stakeholders
Planning and controlling time, budget, and quality
Creating and maintaining project plans, status updates, and documentation
Deriving and securing best practices and lessons learned
Performance analysis and continuous improvement of project work
ADDITIONAL TASKS
Active participation in internal product development projects
Close collaboration with the account management and support team
YOUR PROFILE
Solid (at least 5 years) experience as a Project Manager in the ERP environment (including the associated business processes)
In-depth knowledge in the finance area is a plus
Confidence in using project management methods and tools
Willingness to travel within the DACH region
Strong analytical thinking, structured working style, and organizational talent
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Independence, initiative, and a sense for pragmatic solutions
Ability to convey complex issues understandably
Strong customer and market-oriented thinking
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
