Project Management Architecture (Property Development) 100% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility includes:
- Project management in the field of architecture and specifically property development. From strategic planning to building permit, including representation of the client or owner for the real estate assets of the Volare Group AG.
- Team and phase-compliant development of the projects.
This includes, among other things:
- Preparation of all phase-appropriate documents from the acquisition process as a decision-making basis for the board.
- Participation in the acquisition of land, areas, or existing properties with development potential.
- Participation in market and location analysis.
- Usage and economic feasibility studies with legal clarifications.
- Internally and externally responsible for the goal-oriented and contract-compliant management and execution of development projects.
You bring:
- University or technical college degree as an architect.
- Communication training or education is an advantage.
- Solution-oriented and agile thinking and acting, reliability.
- Commitment, enthusiasm, and resilience.
- Recognition and further development of continuous learning.
- Professional knowledge and experience in the field of real estate, especially in property development.
- Excellent knowledge of common CAD & DTP applications.
- Ability to capture, process, and convey information appropriately to the situation.
- Agile and conscious expression, role- and situation-appropriate verbal and non-verbal communication.
- Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written.
- French & English language skills are an advantage.
