swisstopo is the federal competence center for geoinformation. It is responsible for national surveying and coordinates the federal activities regarding geodata and geoservices. swisstopo provides its partners and customers with current, high-quality spatial reference data across the entire territory of Switzerland and offers its products in the form of printed or digital maps, 3D models, or web services. The office is also the federal expert authority for geology and the supervisory authority for official surveying.

Your contribution

• Define and co-determine the product strategy and development of the federal platform for construction data management
• Ensure agile product development while adhering to requirements regarding budget, quality, data protection, security, and compliance
• Capture user stories according to the technical requirements and user expectations
• Draft and manage contracts with external partners

What makes you unique

• Completed degree as an engineer ETH/FH (Master's level) in computer science/civil engineering/geomatics or equivalent education
• At least two years of experience as a Product Owner in agile development teams
• Certification in agile methodology (Scrum method, Scaled Agile Framework) is an advantage
• Very good communication and networking skills, flexibility, stress resistance, analytical skills, and strategic thinking
• Active knowledge of two official languages as well as English

You want to contribute your experience in product management to advance the digitalization of the construction and real estate industry. With you, we will support armasuisse Immobilien in managing this data from a portfolio of over 6000 buildings and infrastructures.
