The HR team at Marti Dienstleistungen AG provides comprehensive support to internal departments – personally, reliably, and solution-oriented. At the same time, it is engaged in the group-wide HR specialist group, promoting practical exchange, coordinating common concerns, and designing modern, future-oriented HR solutions – always in dialogue with the HR managers of the subsidiaries and with a view to the diversity and independence of the individual companies.
To strengthen the team at the headquarters in Moosseedorf, we are looking for you as an experienced
HR Generalist (80-100%) with a drive for processes and further development
Your tasks – diverse and practical
- You bring your many years of HR experience in all classic disciplines (HR administration, payroll processing, consulting, recruitment, personnel development) into various HR projects and initiatives
- With your expertise, you actively engage in HR IT projects
- Together with the group-wide HR specialist group, you design needs-oriented sustainable, practical solutions for existing and new HR processes
- You evaluate existing specialist applications, support their further development, and ensure that they remain user-friendly, efficient, and future-proof
- You identify digitalization potentials in HR processes and develop suitable concepts – from the idea to implementation and training
- With your know-how, you accompany internal initiatives to optimize HR services with a focus on quality, efficiency, and user benefit
What you bring
- A federal diploma as an HR specialist or a comparable solid education in the personnel field
- Several years of broad professional experience as an HR Generalist in a similar role
- Enjoy analyzing, improving processes, and independently implementing new topics
- A high affinity for digital solutions as well as experience working with HR tools and systems
- Very good French language skills (mandatory) and German as the main working language
- Flexibility, initiative, implementation strength, and enjoyment of team-oriented collaboration
