Social Educator - Residential 80%
In Schärenmatte, we provide a home for around 50 people with severe cognitive or multiple disabilities in five residential units. Our residents receive individual support that helps them manage their daily lives as best as possible. Additionally, we offer a day and work structure tailored to their needs in our five workshops.

Your tasks:
- Accompaniment and Support: You accompany and support our residents in various areas of life and contribute to their ability to lead an independent life.
- Care and Health: You carry out health-preserving measures and support residents in their daily care.
- Key Person Work: You ensure communication and information flow between residents and their environment and collaborate with them.
- Organization: You perform household tasks and take on administrative duties.
- Communication: You apply multimodal communication and further develop it.
What you bring:
- Education: Completed degree in Social Work FH/HF; practical training is an advantage
- Experience: Experience in working with people with challenging behavior
- Personality: proactive, resilient, and solution-oriented with a willingness to work irregular hours
