• Good knowledge of the J+S/esa training structure
• Experience as a J+S/esa expert, sports teacher, or in adult education
• Ability to recognize complex relationships and convey them appropriately to the target audience
• Strong communication skills and high team ability
• Active knowledge of a second official language
