The Arkadis Foundation is a service center for adults with disabilities, primarily with cognitive impairments and/or cerebral movement disorders, who live privately or in our institution. Additionally, we are a specialized center for children and adolescents with disabilities, developmental impairments or risks, as well as those with special health or social support needs, including their social environment.

The Sonnenblick area operates several residential groups with individual support for adults with cognitive or mental impairments.

Responsibilities

• Accompanying and supporting residents in various areas of life
  
• Planning, implementing, and guiding health-preserving and health-promoting measures
  
• Key worker tasks
  
• Performing household tasks
  
• Carrying out administrative tasks; participating in working groups

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a care specialist EFZ / practical instruction is an advantage
• Experience in working with people with disabilities
• Competence in working with individuals with challenging behavior
• Driver's license is an advantage
• Personal competencies: down-to-earth and humorous personality that can embody and represent our company values
