cura unita glarus is a merger of the senior centers in Netstal, Glarus, and Ennenda and Spitex Glarus with the aim of establishing integrated care. The senior centers provide a home for up to 188 residents with varying care and support needs, and Spitex cares for over 300 clients. cura unita glarus employs 240 staff members, including 30 trainees.

We are developing the organizational structure of our Spitex further! In the future, Spitex Glarus will be managed by our department head and member of the management team, Gülsevim Bilecan, together with two team leaders. The two teams cover the two areas North (Netstal + Glarus) and South (Ennenda + Glarus), but support each other and work hand in hand.

For the newly created positions of the two team leaders, we are looking for candidates starting August 1, 2025, or by agreement:

Team Leader Spitex 70 – 100%

It is a matter close to your heart to ensure individual, holistic, professional, and evidence-based care and support. As a professional with several years of experience, the self-determination and dignity of the clients are central to you. Your understanding of care is characterized by empathy, appreciation, and respect.

Your area of responsibility essentially consists of the following:

• Leadership of directly subordinate staff
  
• Participation in outpatient care
  
• Responsibility and coordination of operational daily business including service and deployment planning
  
• Ensuring optimal organizational and communication processes as well as participation in public relations
  
• Involvement in the qualitative and professional development of care and the introduction of new ideas and innovations
  
• Ensuring correct performance recording and care documentation according to RAI-HC
• Collaboration with all stakeholders
  

You bring the following:

• Qualification as a certified nursing specialist HF or FH
  
• Leadership experience and training or willingness to complete it
  
• Professional experience (preferably in the Spitex area)
  
• Willingness to help build and further develop the new organizational structure
  
• You embody a pronounced service mentality and enjoy working in a team
  
• You maintain a respectful interaction with all your fellow human beings
  
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form
• Organizational flair, good PC user skills, and a category B driver's license
