Job Description

You have excellent technical understanding, are well organized, and are already working in sales support or a customer-facing area? Welcome to Konecranes! Become a member of the service team of one of the world's most successful suppliers of crane systems and solutions, and the world's largest service organization for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of industrial, process, and port cranes of all manufacturers. In our service office in Switzerland or Germany, you can expect a diverse range of tasks where your initiative is explicitly welcomed.

Your Tasks:

• By phone or through our order system, you take service requests from our technicians and customers, prioritize and process them
• Independently create and calculate technically diverse and sometimes very extensive offers for services, repairs, and spare parts
• You specify requests and the need for work equipment (e.g., lifts, etc.) in coordination with the responsible specialists at the customer, identify required parts based on item and spare parts lists, and obtain prices from our spare parts center and/or suppliers
• Throughout the entire offer phase, you stay on the ball and actively follow up to secure the order for your team
  

Your Profile:

• You have a commercial training and a good technical basic understanding
  
• You have experience in customer service/internal sales; even if you have call center experience and are looking for a real development perspective, you are in the right place
  
• You are a communicative, service-oriented personality with a pronounced organizational talent
  
• You are proficient in MS Office and order management systems (ideally Siebel)
• You are proactive, reliable, and a team player
• Fluent French and German skills are a must; English skills are an advantage for working in our globally positioned company
