Team Leader Care Support and Deputy Team Leader Care Support
in Bussnang, full-time, part-time 80-100 %

Your Responsibilities
- Responsibility for personnel, organizational, and professional leadership
- Actively participating in the further development of care quality and contributing your expertise in daily team operations and in the extended care team
- Implementing and representing a positive and value-oriented leadership style
- Promoting interdisciplinary collaboration with all professional groups
- Holistic care and individual support of residents in the key person system
- Active collaboration with relatives and other key persons
- Deputizing for the leadership of Care Support Activation
- Taking on additional areas of responsibility as agreed
Your Profile
- Completed training/studies as HF/FH, or equivalent training with SRK recognition
- Successful leadership experience in a comparable position with completed leadership training
- Alert, flexible, and positively oriented personality
- High resilience, flexibility, and independence
- High sense of responsibility
- Good IT skills (care documentation easyDOK and performance recording BESA)
