Your Responsibilities
- Professional and personnel leadership of the four group leaders in commercial support
- Assuming the strategic and organizational management of the department, including quality assurance, prioritization, foresight, and quick response to changes
- Ensuring efficient and service-oriented administrative support in social assistance and asylum social assistance
- Implementation of financial legal requirements and compliance with legal frameworks (SHG, AfV, KVG, debt collection, data protection, etc.)
- Networking with internal and external partners
Your Profile
- FH/HF degree in business administration or a solid commercial and/or social work education complemented by a federal certificate/CAS in social insurance or organization/public management
- Several years of leadership experience in a larger administrative unit and very good knowledge of the Swiss social assistance and social insurance system
- Analytical skills, a strategic and business-oriented mindset, as well as high planning and organizational competence
- Initiative and resilient personality with assertiveness, high negotiation skills, and confident demeanor
- High digital competence, especially in office applications, accounting systems, and analytical tools
