Social Educator / Psychiatric Care Professional / Care Specialist (80–90 %)

Do you want to provide support and direction to young people in crisis situations?
As part of our emergency placement (NOPLA), you will accompany young people aged 12 to 17 for a maximum of 6 months. Our goal: to provide as much security as possible in a short time and to stimulate developmental dynamics – with structure, relationship work, humor, and attitude.

- Development-promoting everyday and leisure activities
- Relationship work and clear daily structure in everyday life
- Evaluation and participation in follow-up solutions
- Collaboration with parents, referral agencies, and professionals
- Evening, weekend, and night shifts in a fair rotation
- Reporting, departmental responsibility, and project work
What you bring
- Degree FH/HF in Social Education, Social Work, Nursing (Psychiatry), or as a Care Specialist
- Experience with adolescents in an educational setting
- Interest in working with young people in crisis situations
- Resilience, clarity, humor, and solution-oriented thinking
- Good written expression and structured working method
