What you will do with us:
Technical understanding, a keen eye for detail, and joy in practical solutions – that’s what you bring to us. You will accompany exciting projects from preparation through analysis to further development and support the Technical Management in transforming innovative ideas into thoughtful and efficient implementations.

Your tasks include:

• Thinking along and coordinating: You support the Technical Management in planning, organizing, and optimizing ongoing projects – reliably and with foresight.
• Careful AVOR: Creating schedules, preparing material disposition, and making technical clarifications are part of your daily work.
• Accurate numbers: You create measurements, billing, and calculations precisely and ensure that numbers and facts are always transparent and traceable.
• Analyzing tenders: You review technical documents, recognize potentials, and proactively clarify open points.
• Informed cost planning: You have production costs under control and make an important contribution to realistic project calculations.
• Documenting what matters: You summarize technical content in a structured manner, documenting variants clearly and understandably.
• Giving impulses: With your ideas and suggestions, you bring fresh wind into projects and actively contribute to their further development.

What you bring:

• Training as a site manager, master builder, or civil engineer
• Experience in managing construction projects – from tendering to billing
• Solid understanding of pricing as well as a good sense for opportunities, risks, and project potential
• Proficient use of IT applications and digital tools
• Technical flair and the ability to competently advise and support the team
• Initiative and commitment – you take action where needed and have the drive to advance our company every day
