We are looking for a Health Professional for one of our living groups for young adults, starting immediately or by arrangement.

The residents of the Mathilde Escher Foundation are physically severely limited. This does not prevent them from learning, working, celebrating, or traveling on vacation. And for that, they need you. As a Health Professional, you enable them to live their daily lives and dreams.

Your core tasks:

• Basic and treatment care of the residents
• Ensuring care quality by implementing the respective standards and guidelines
• Case management for one to two residents
• Accompanying and supporting residents in daily life and leisure
• Active participation in the further development of the living group
• Practical guidance for interns and trainees
