In five different residential units, we provide a home for around 50 people with severe cognitive or multiple disabilities in Schärenmatte. They are supported around the clock in their daily lives according to their individual capabilities. In five workshops, they receive a daily and work structure tailored to their needs.

Responsibilities

• Accompanying and supporting residents in various areas of life
• Care and implementation of health-maintaining measures
• Key worker tasks with support from professionals
• Completion of household tasks
• Assistance with administrative tasks

Requirements

• Completed vocational training, caregiver course SRK is an advantage
• Experience in supporting people with disabilities and/or challenging behavior
• Experience in the application of supported communication is an advantage
• Knowledge of common Microsoft Office programs
• Personal competencies: initiative and resilience; willingness to work irregular hours
