Head of Tax Assessment Team, 70–100 %
Your Tasks
- You will take on the personnel and technical leadership of the team “Ordinary Tax Assessment” with five employees.
- You are responsible for the assessment of state and municipal taxes as well as the direct federal tax for employees.
- You maintain contact with our clients competently and transparently at eye level.
- You will take over the representation of the Head of Taxes.
- Together with the Head of Taxes, you will also be responsible for quality management, the preparation of statistics, and the monthly and annual tax closures.
Your Profile
- As an experienced person in the field of tax assessment, you have proven professional experience and already bring some leadership experience.
- We require the SSK II A training course including the SSK special course in psychology as well as the modules of the Lucerne practice or an equivalent further education.
- As an initiative personality, you like to take responsibility and inspire employees through your own role model function.
- You possess high negotiation skills and assertiveness.
- Your good IT skills (LuTax, MS Office), impeccable oral and written expression, a networked way of thinking, and a positive attitude complete your profile.
