The Department of Aging and Care of the City of Winterthur offers a diverse range of services primarily for older people through Spitex and five senior centers.
For the Spitex Care at the Veltheim location of the City of Winterthur, we are looking for a committed and responsible individual starting October 1, 2025 or by arrangement.
Your Tasks
- Personnel, professional, and organizational leadership of a Spitex care team
- Ensuring optimal utilization within service and deployment planning
- Internal and external interdisciplinary collaboration
- Enforcement of the directives and concepts of the Spitex operations and the Department of Aging and Care
- Participation in working groups or projects
Your Profile
- Higher vocational school or Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Several years of professional experience in nursing
- Proven Spitex and leadership experience
- Reflective ability, organizational skills, and willingness to change
- Digital literacy and enjoyment of electronic administration
