At the Aumatt Senior Center, everything revolves around people. With heart and mind, we provide a loving home for around 170 seniors in Northwestern Switzerland. Together with 250 wonderful colleagues, we create an atmosphere of well-being.
Our nursing and care department is led by a management duo with different areas of responsibility. At the end of the year, we will bid farewell to our esteemed head of geriatric care as they retire. Therefore, we are looking for a successor who will work closely with the head of specialized care and care development to ensure the best possible care for our residents.
You are an experienced and dedicated nursing professional HF with leadership skills, bring innovative ideas, can inspire people, and approach new challenges with motivation. Then you might be a good fit for us in the role of:
Head of Geriatric Care (80-100%)
Your Responsibilities
As a member of the management team, you will take on the strategic and operational leadership of five teams with around 80 employees. You will ensure top-notch care quality, promote your team's professional and personal development, and work on innovative concepts for future-oriented long-term care.
