You will juggle the various challenges of the respective properties and their contacts and mediate between all parties. Our client is a renowned corporate client (CREM) and the properties to be managed consist of commercially used real estate.
This is what you can achieve with us.
- With your business thinking and actions, you will independently manage the assigned portfolio, supported by an administrative staff member and the mandate accounting
- You are the contact person for property ownership, internal tenants, and third-party tenants, and support them in their concerns
- You are responsible for collecting rents, accounting for invoices, and ensuring accurate profit accounting (including allocations)
- You will settle the ancillary costs and validate the billing against internal and external tenants
- You will create area agreements for internal users and ensure that the area usage is accurately represented by the CAFM team in their systems and plans
- You are in contact with offices, facility managers, and other stakeholders of the properties as a representative of interests
- Close collaboration with the FM provider and support in managing the FM provider
- Responsibility for maintenance budget and approval of maintenance requests from the FM provider
- Construction projects are managed by the client's construction management. You support this by ensuring user information
- You negotiate rental agreements and carry out rental contract and rent adjustments
- You ensure market-compliant renting and are responsible for leasing and vacancy management
- In case of tenant changes, you take care of the acceptance and handover of the areas
- You regularly report the current status of various pending matters using predefined reports

- You have a commercial basic education or a comparable qualification as well as relevant further training such as a federal diploma as a property manager
- With several years of professional experience in a similar role, you are already well acquainted with the processes and challenges
- You have a certain flair for numbers and accounting
- Common IT applications (MS Office) are not a problem for you
- You can express yourself skillfully both orally and in writing and impress with your high service orientation
- You have an independent and reliable working style
